Article IX - Amendments
Section 1. Amendment purpose
This Constitution may be amended when necessary to improve movement clarity, support, coherence, and accountability.
Section 2. Amendment test
No amendment shall be valid if it contradicts the dignity, enoughness, responsibility, equality, or shared evolution foundations of Equalism.
Section 3. Amendment method
Amendments should be proposed in writing, reviewed through the national decision-making framework, and adopted through a process that is documented, consultative, and principle-based.
Article X - Ratification and Standing
Section 1. Ratification
This Constitution takes effect upon adoption by the movement's recognized national organizing body or equivalent founding authority.
Section 2. Standing
Once adopted, this Constitution shall guide all leadership charters, membership structures, chapter frameworks, and accountability processes within Equalism.
Section 3. Closing standard
No structure within Equalism is legitimate if it undermines the movement's purpose: to build a world where all are provided for, all are responsible, all are equal, and humanity may move from survival to evolution.
